Rohit Singh

Rohit Singh is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in aircraft acquisition and corporate finance. Currently serving as Director of Aircraft Acquisition and Finance at IndiGo since January 2020, Rohit previously held the position of Associate Director in the same department. Prior to IndiGo, Rohit worked at Essar Power Limited from September 2011 to December 2020, where roles included Joint General Manager, Deputy General Manager, and Senior Manager in Corporate Finance, focusing on fund raising transactions and strategic debt restructuring. Rohit's early career included positions at Essar Mineral Resources Limited and Essar Shipping Limited, where responsibilities involved evaluating acquisition opportunities and preparing valuation models. Rohit holds an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a dual degree in Electrical Engineering and Teaching from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
