Sanjay Kumar Pathak is an experienced aviation professional with a robust career in flight dispatch and crew scheduling. Currently serving as the Manager of Flight Dispatch at IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) since June 2007, Sanjay has held various positions including Flight Dispatcher and Assistant Manager Flight Dispatch, managing flight plans with attention to weather, Notams, and optimal routing. Earlier roles include Senior Executive Flight Dispatch and Crew Scheduling and Planning at IndiGo, as well as positions at Spicejet and Air Deccan that focused on crew scheduling and flight operations support. Sanjay's academic background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Padamshri Dr. Vitthalrao Vikhe Patil Foundations College of Engineering.
