Going Beyond Training GmbH helps L&D professionals create training programs that truly make an impact. As the exclusive partner of the Centre for Accelerated Learning in Asia Pacific, an affiliate of Kirkpatrick Partners LLC,and the owner of the Institute for Transfer Effectiveness, we provide practical tools and proven methods to design, deliver, and evaluate learning that drives real results.

We specialize in Accelerated Learning (AL), a research-based approach that makes training more engaging, interactive, and effective. By applying the 8 principles of AL, trainers can turn traditional sessions into hands-on learning experiences that improve retention and performance.

In addition to AL, we focus on Training Evaluation and Transfer Effectiveness. Through our Kirkpatrick Four Levels® Certification, we help professionals measure training effectiveness at every stage—reaction, learning, behavior, and results. Our Transfer Designer Certification ensures that new skills are not just learned but successfully applied in the workplace.

Going Beyond Training GmbH and The Center for Accelerated Learning are actively expanding the AL network across Asia Pacific through Regional Partner initiatives.
