Michael Spindler

Michael Spindler has a diverse work experience in operations and project management roles. Michael is currently working as a Regional Operations Manager at AxleHire since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations and Project Manager at AxleHire from February 2021 to June 2022.

Before joining AxleHire, Michael was the Inventory Control Manager at Lazarus Naturals from December 2020 to February 2021. Michael also gained experience as an Operations Specialist - Parts & Materials at Lyft from January 2020 to May 2020.

In addition, Michael has expertise in warehouse operations and continuous improvement. Michael worked as an RDC Supervisor at Subaru of America from August 2017 to January 2020, where they oversaw various responsibilities such as 5S and lean management, continuous improvement projects, inventory control, and warehouse operations. Prior to that, they held the role of Kaizen/Continuous Improvement Specialist/Team Lead at Toyota North America from February 2004 to August 2017. In this role, they were responsible for warehouse operations, including storage/inventory maintenance, and also played leadership roles in communication, safety, and quality. Michael also mentored and supported facility Kaizen and Continuous Improvement projects.

Michael Spindler attended Chaffey College from 1999 to 2003, where they studied Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Michael did not earn a degree during their time at Chaffey College. In addition to their college education, Michael Spindler obtained certifications as a TPS Instructor from Toyota Motor Sales in October 2015 and as a Kaizen Facilitator from the same institution in December 2013.
