Mimo Chikhi has a strong background in software support and IT management. They started their career in 2006 as a Local IT manager at SARL INC filliale Group IMPREGILO and held this role until 2014. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Local IT at Abbott Laboratories. In 2015, they joined axle ai as a Software Support Engineer and later became the Lead Software Support/Solution Architect before leaving in 2022. Currently, Mimo is employed at AxleHire as a Software Support Manager, starting in 2021.

Mimo Chikhi earned an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from North Shore Community College between 2017 and 2018. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2004, Mimo Chikhi obtained a certificate in Engineering from an Engineering school.
