Gary Snow

Gary Snow is a seasoned professional in the mining and exploration industry with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President Exploration at Gold Fields Ltd. since April 2016, Gary also held positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Chalice Gold Ltd. and Executive General Manager Exploration & New Business at Intrepid Mines Ltd. Previous roles include Early Stage Operations Manager and Global Exploration Manager at BHP Billiton, Manager Geology at Consolidated Minerals, and Exploration Manager at Placer Dome. Gary holds a Master of Business Administration from Heriot-Watt University, a Master of Science in Structural Geology from the University of Pretoria, and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Following a robust career, Gary retired in July 2024 and is currently considering future opportunities.
