Jia Wang

Jia Wang is a seasoned professional in the mining engineering sector with over a decade of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Planning Engineer at GOLD FIELDS since August 2022, Jia has held multiple roles within the same company since October 2013, including Project Engineer, Planning Engineer, Drill and Blast Engineer, and Graduate Mining Engineer. Previously, Jia contributed as a Graduate Mining Engineer at Barrick Gold Corporation from January 2013 to September 2013. Jia Wang holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mining from Curtin University and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Economics from South China University of Technology, complemented by studies at the University of New South Wales.
