Michael Rawlinson

Michael Rawlinson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the mining and metals sector. Currently serving as Non Executive Director at GOLD FIELDS and Senior Independent Non Executive Director at Capital Limited, Rawlinson has held numerous leadership roles, including Non Executive Director positions at Andrada Mining and Adriatic Metals Plc, where Michael is also Chairman of the Board. Previous roles include Senior Independent Non Executive Director at Hochschild Perú and Co-Head of Global Mining and Metals at Barclays Investment Bank. Rawlinson's background includes significant contributions to J.P. Morgan, where leadership in EMEA Mining and Metals Investment Banking was pivotal, overseeing numerous IPOs and placements. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Environmental and Resource Economics from UCL and a degree in Economics from the University of Birmingham.
