Nathan Gray

Nathan Gray possesses extensive experience in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) across the mining and construction sectors. Currently serving as Lead - OHS at Gold Fields since November 2014, Nathan has held multiple leadership roles, including Acting Unit Manager - Sustainable Development and OHS Superintendent, where key responsibilities encompass OHS leadership, incident investigation, and the development of safety strategies. Prior experience includes roles at Newmont Mining Corporation and Phoenix Shutdown Services, focusing on compliance safety projects and health and safety coordination. Nathan's early career involved work as a winemaker and safety manager at Treasury Wine Estates. Nathan holds education credentials from Charles Sturt University.
