Shane Brown

Shane Brown has extensive experience in the mining and processing industry, currently serving as Surface Haulage Coordinator and Production Coordinator for GOLD FIELDS since January 2012. In this role, Shane leads and manages the Lefroy Mill operation's Processing Department, coordinating crews to achieve production targets related to tonnes treated, gold produced, and plant recovery while ensuring efficient asset utilization. Additionally, Shane has held positions at Goldfields St Ives as Lefroy Mill Production / Surface Haulage Coordinator since 2013 and previously worked as a Production Supervisor at Gold Fields Ltd. from December 2009 to November 2011, where responsibilities included managing the St Ives Heap Leach Crushing and Stacking Operations in compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
