Goldair Handling is the first private ground handling company, operating in a liberalized Greek market of ground handling services since 1999, following the abolition of monopoly.
Goldair Handling offers a complete range of passenger services, ramp and cargo. Specifically, it provides check-in passenger services, ticketing, baggage handling, cargo and mail transportation. Furthermore, Goldair Handling has four luxuriously furnished lounges at “El. Venizelos” Athens Airport, “N.Kazantzakis” Heraklion Airport & Mykonos Airport, for first class, business class & commercial interest passengers and provides PRM services by dedicated team.
Goldair Handling is the first ground handling company, which systematically certifies the services of participating in IATA-ISAGO inspection program, since 2009.
Today, Goldair Handling operates at 26 airports in Greece, maintaining its presence in major airports abroad, through Louis-Goldair Services (LGS) in Cyprus (Larnaca and Paphos) and in Bulgaria (Sofia, Burgas and Varna) through Goldair Handling Bulgaria. Moreover, Goldair Handling has expanded its provision of consulting Ground Handling Services to Ethiopia & Oman. 
Also, in 2019 a new chapter of Goldair Handling’s expansion opens, in cooperation with Livewel, starting ground handling services at 9 airports in India. Last but not least, Goldair Assistance Services, a joint venture between Goldair Handling and AAS, was selected as PRM Services provider at Zurich airport.
Finally, it is one of the handling companies and founding members of «ground.net», which in cooperation with other European handling companies, offers a wide network of airline services, sales activities, marketing and exchanging of know-how and education.

This includes managing check-in processes, overseeing baggage handling, coordinating ramp services, and providing passenger assistance. The team also operates cargo import services and maintains premium passenger facilities such as CIP and VIP lounges. Additionally, they handle lost and found services and dedicated PRM (Passengers with Reduced Mobility) support to ensure a seamless experience for all travelers.

The Administration Team at Goldair Handling is responsible for overseeing the essential administrative functions that ensure smooth operations within the company. This includes managing ground support equipment through the GSE Framework Administration, coordinating internal processes as the CIP Administrator, and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure as the Network Administrator. Their efforts are crucial in supporting ground handling services across the various airports Goldair Handling operates.

The Human Resources and Finance team at Goldair Handling is crucial in managing the company's financial operations and employee relations.
