Golden Primera

Established in 2022, Golden Primera is a Texas based real estate investment firm that leverages the strengths of a single-family office with institutional-caliber execution. It selectively invests LP & GP capital in value-add and development opportunities alongside investment sponsors. The firm targets new investment opportunities that generate favorable risk-adjusted returns across conventional multifamily, student housing and other residential rental property types.

Golden Primera remains geographically agnostic to its deal sourcing but has historically focused its efforts amongst the Sunbelt markets of the US. The firm seeks value creation in emerging and high-growth markets.
