Golden Sedayu is a partnership between Perth’s Golden Group and one of Indonesia’s largest property corporations Agung Sedayu. It has been established in Western Australia with the purpose of developing the multi-billion-dollar redevelopment of Burswood Point.

Its commitment to excellence and delivering outstanding residential master-planned communities and commercial developments is the driving force behind its approach.  

Agung Sedayu Group has successfully built entire towns and suburbs within Jakarta, Indonesia, including Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK), District 8 and Sedayu City. It is also responsible for delivering some of the country’s largest commercial buildings, shopping centres and hotels, including the 5-star Langham and Swissôtel Jakarta. 
They’ve come together to deliver Burswood Point, a curated collection of homes and apartments nestled along the serene banks of the Swan River on the famous Belmont Racecourse site, just 3.5km from the CBD.
