Guilda Javaheri is the current Chief Technical Officer at Golden State Foods. Guilda has over twenty years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on water technology.

Javaheri started their career at Xylem Inc. in October 2011, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become VP and Director of Water Solutions, and then Director of Xylem GmbH, Global Transport & Dewatering. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company’s IT vision and directing the implementation of mission critical initiatives. This included redesigning IT systems/landscape enabling business transformation from 2-party (Manufacturing-Sales) to 3-party (Manufacturing- Head Quarter- Sales) relationship.

During their time at Xylem, Javaheri spearheaded the architecture, design and development of IT systems/landscape in support of the new European Legal Entity Restructuring. This entailed Directing the design, development, and implementation of the new ERP, Inventory Management, and Financial systems including multiple interfaces with over 30 Sales Companies in support of establishing Xylem Europe HQ in Switzerland in less than 6 months.

In addition, they led the development of IT Roadmap, aiming at streamlining over 700 disparate systems, thus reducing risks and enabling efficiency, while staying in alignment with the business strategic plan. Guilda also directed the roll-out of global data warehouse, thus improving business intelligence and accelerating business decision making process by increasing visibility on sales and price margins globally.

Under their leadership, annual IT costs were reduced by 21% through restructuring of resources and closely managing project prioritization, based on qualified business cases through a portfolio approach to project selection and management.

Javaheri’s success at Xylem led to their current role as CTO at Golden State Foods. In this role, they are responsible for leading the company’s IT strategy and ensuring that critical initiatives are successfully implemented.

Guilda Javaheri has an MBA in Operations and Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Guilda also has a BS in Systems & Management from City, University of London.

Their manager is Mark Wetterau, Chairman & CEO. They are on a team with Ryan Hammer - Corporate SVP & President, Quality Custom Distribution, Campbell Cooper - Corporate VP & President, International Business Group, and Wayne Morgan - Corporate VP & President, Protein Products and Operations Support Services.
