IT shouldn’t feel like a necessary evil, but for many small businesses, it does. They’re caught between slow, impersonal MSPs and the risks of doing it alone. Too often, they’re forced to trade speed for service, or expertise for affordability.

At Golden State Tech Consulting, we believe you shouldn’t have to choose. Founded by veteran Apple Geniuses and senior IT engineers, we set out to bring the platinum-level service of the Genius Bar to entire businesses, supporting every system, every person, and every question with care, clarity, and speed.

From law and finance to creative and field services, we support small to mid-sized businesses that need more than a transactional tech vendor. We become an extension of your team, building systems and strategies that reflect how you work and where you’re headed.

We believe:
Cybersecurity is a culture.
IT should serve people, not confuse them.
Great support is responsive, respectful, and never over anyone’s head.

With over 50 years of combined experience, we guide businesses through every layer of IT:
▪️ Designing scalable systems tailored to real-world use
▪️ Coaching teams toward stronger digital habits and healthier tech culture
▪️ Giving every employee a direct line to fast, human support
▪️ Solving issues fast with responses in minutes, not hours
▪️ Building trust in the process, not just the product
▪️ Delivering cross-platform, Mac-native and Microsoft-certified expertise

Unlike most MSPs that lock clients into rigid plans, offshore help desks, and sales-driven agendas, we show up differently. We onboard every employee personally, deliver unlimited support without surprise fees, and bring the heart of a family business to every call. Our approach is simple: solve the problem, support the person, and strengthen the system.

Whether it’s fixing what’s broken or designing what’s next, we’re in your corner. Because every business deserves IT that feels personal, proactive, and completely aligned with their goals.
