Carlee Riser, MA, BCBA, LBA, has extensive experience in the field of applied behavior analysis and education. Beginning as a Behavioral Health Technician at a private company from October 2013 to June 2016, Carlee provided one-on-one ABA services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), focusing on academics, daily living skills, and social skills. Further experience includes working as a Registered Behavioral Technician at BlueSprig from April 2018 to February 2020 and serving as a high school chemistry teacher and assistant coach at Hamshire Fannett High School during the 2016-2017 academic year. As a Graduate Assistant at McNeese State University from January 2021 to October 2022, Carlee delivered individualized ABA services to individuals aged 2-20 under the supervision of licensed behavior analysts. Currently, Carlee holds the position of Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Golden Steps ABA, continuing to apply expertise gained through a Bachelor’s in Nursing from Louisiana Christian University and a Master’s in Psychology focused on Applied Behavior Analysis from McNeese State University.
