Founder, Kaitlin Hubert - Fractional Head of Marketing | Experience, AI Automation, & Lifecycle Expert | Sparking Delight and Growing Revenue for High-Growth, High-Loyalty Brands

I help companies delight. Bringing great storytelling (and revenue) to brands in high-growth since day 1 in the workforce. 🎨 I believe to paint a picture of a brand that starts and ends with the human experience, every touchpoint needs to be on-purpose-for-a-purpose, both physical and digital. Focused on delivering an extraordinary experience from start to finish by uncovering behavioral motivators leading to action and establishing a plan for creative campaigns to gain customer engagement. Creating maps of processes to understand where the pain points are. Curious and not afraid of a large data set, can synthesize insights, make recommendations, and most importantly, drive action from it. I understand the greater business context behind the numbers and then work to make a difference by walking in others’ shoes, looking at personas from multiple angles, and seeing the long-term consequences of today’s marketing actions. Focused on leading end-to-end successful programs across various marketing channels with a technology-first background, developing and implementing brand strategy, growth media, communication packages, gifting strategy, empowering a team, and harnessing customer experience strategy. Collecting data to back innovative endeavors, and exploring mutually beneficial and outside-the-box ways to help a company and partners excel. On my off-time, you'll find me sculpting or freediving 🐳 I am intuitive, driven, collaborative, and always curious.
