Melissa Ormond

Melissa Ormond has a wealth of experience in the entertainment industry, with a focus on event booking and production operations. Melissa currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Goldenvoice since 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer, Festivals at AEG Presents from 2017 onwards. Before entering these roles, Ormond ran their own business as the Owner of August Entertainment Consulting, where they provided strategic and financial planning, as well as leadership and business development insights for various clients. Melissa also pursued their Executive MBA at New York University - Leonard N. Stern School of Business from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, Ormond has an impressive tenure at The Madison Square Garden Company, where they held various roles including President, MSG Entertainment; Chief Operating Officer, MSG Entertainment; and Executive Vice President Bookings, MSG Entertainment. Earlier in their career, Ormond worked as the Senior Vice President, Talent Acquisition at House of Blues Concerts / Universal Concerts / MCA Concerts, where they secured top-level artists for large venues and managed event and tour P&Ls.
