Andy Anderson has a wide range of experience in the construction industry. Andy started their career as a Plumbing Mechanic at W.E. Welch & Associates in 2001, where they supervised apprentice plumbers and ensured adherence to codes and blueprints. In 2004, they worked as a Plumbing Mechanic at Robert A. Tull and Shapiro & Duncan, Inc, where they read blueprints, installed piping and fixtures, and coordinated with general contractors. From 2007 to 2010, Andy served as a Plumbing Foreman at Comfort Systems USA, where they supervised plumbers and resolved issues that could impact job progress. Andy then joined J&J Worldwide Services in 2010 as a Project Manager, responsible for managing all phases of on-site construction projects for government facilities. In 2015, Andy became a Project Manager at Kirlin Builders LLC, overseeing projects until 2017. Andy is currently employed at GoldenWolf, LLC as a Regional Program Manager, a role they have held since October 2020.

Andy Anderson obtained a High School Diploma from Glen Burnie Senior High School in the years 1993 to 1997. In terms of additional certifications, they acquired the following: Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in December 2020, ASHE HCC in July 2010, OSHA 30-Hour in April 2010, Crew Leader Academy from the Community College of Baltimore County in September 2009, CoE Construction Quality Management for Contractors from USACE in June 2014, First Aid & CPR in January 2014, Journey Plumber/Gas Fitter from Maryland DLLR in February 2013, and a Master Plumber License from West Virginia DoL in December 2013.
