Steve Bertolaccini

Steve brings 30 years of deep acquisition, program, construction and facility management experience to GoldenWolf as Chief Operating Officer.

He has been a leader and manager across a multitude of government programs including Product Manager of a $1.2 billion CBRN Installation Protection Program; Director of Construction Management for a $674 million recapitalization program; Director of Public Works for over $1 billion in facilities at the National Center for Energetics; and team lead supporting $250M/annum biological threat reduction program.

Steve’s analytical and problem-solving skills; operational expertise; and interpersonal, leadership and management abilities allow him to build the right team of people to deliver the right solutions to their clients at the right time.
