Goldfinch Property is made up of two sister companies Goldfinch Property Investments and Goldfinch Property Homes CIC

At Goldfinch Property Investments, we help investors grow their money while creating homes that restore safety, dignity, and stability for people who need them most. This includes those experiencing or facing homelessness, those leaving care, fleeing domestic abuse, or living with complex needs.

Founded by Natasha McCracken and Andy Meek, we combine decades of experience in ethical housing, architecture, and community care to deliver hands-off, asset-backed investment opportunities with real social impact.

We believe property can serve both people and purpose, and that better returns are possible when values lead the way.

Our investments are:
✔️ Secured against real assets
✔️ Delivered with full transparency
✔️ Backed by lived experience and architectural depth

If you care where your money goes, and who it helps, follow us to see how ethical investment becomes real.

Goldfinch Property Homes CIC, the non-profit arm of the business, partners with charities, charitable trusts and philanthropists, and taps into social bank lending to create family homes including accessible homes, and domestic refuges, which would not be viable on a purely commercial basis. Please see the Giving page on our main website to find out more.
