Thank you for visiting.

@GoldHR we demystify HR for business owners and take the hassle out of employing people by simplifying and resolving your people issues - saving you money and freeing up time, so you can concentrate on running and growing your business.

Why did I establish GoldHR?
I am passionate about helping your business be more successful by getting the best out of your people and giving you the confidence and security that you are complying with current employment legislation.

We work with companies who don’t have in-house HR expertise. Our HR Consultants help manage your HR needs, keeping you the right side of the law and enabling you to get the best from your people, meaning your business grows and succeeds.

Who do we help?
If you're a CEO, Managing Director, Finance Director or PA/Office Manager in a small and medium sized business, we have a joint mission to demystify HR and help you all sleep better at night.

Based in the South East, we've a team of specialist HR Consultants providing the full range of HR support and employment law advice. We do more than just provide standard documentation. We ensure you’re legally compliant, but we also want to help your business grow and we do that by working with you to develop high performing teams.

How do we do that?
Our HR Consultants work with you to put in place the HR framework you need to keep you the right side of the law and work with you through entire employee lifecycle, from:

• Making sure you recruit the top talent
• Developing your people to support your growth
• Helping you manage your people - ensuring they perform to their maximum potential
• Ensuring you retain your best people
• Exiting those people who aren't in the right job and not adding value to your business
