SVP Product Development at GOLDPOINT Systems

Robert Stephens began their career as a Client Service Representative at GOLDPoint Systems in February 2003. Robert provided financial customer support to banks and finance companies and worked with a team of conversion specialists to help new clients convert to the company's data processing software. Robert also designed and tested new amortization methods. In February 2009, they were promoted to VP Training and Conversions, where they were responsible for customer and internal client service training. Robert led a team of specialists in helping clients convert millions of loans to the software platform and acted as the Project Manager for SQL development. In August 2017, they were promoted to SVP Product Development and became responsible for the direction and prioritization of product development. Robert also served as the primary loan management software demonstration specialist and assisted conversion specialists in migrating loan data to the data processing software. Additionally, they were involved in various responsibilities, from customer support and sales management to acquiring a significant portion of the annual revenue as the Manager of Sales at Allied Resource Corporation from May 2000 to February 2003.

Robert Stephens attended Brigham Young University from 1993 to 2000, where they obtained a Minor in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in German Studies from the same university during the same period. In 2002, Robert enrolled in Utah Valley University for Continuing Education in Accounting, completing their studies in 2003.
