Lars Hartmann is the Head of Development Metrology at Goldschmidt Thermit Group, having held the position from 2014 to 2016. Prior to this, Lars served as a Senior Project Manager in measurement development. Lars was also a Scientific Associate at Universität Leipzig from 2006 to 2007 and worked as the Manager of Equipment Development at Solarion AG from 2007 to 2014. Lars earned a Diplom in Physics from Universität Leipzig, where they studied from 2001 to 2006.
