Mark Norwalk has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years. Mark began their career in 1997 as the Director of Network Services at Integrated Information Systems. In 2004, they moved to IdentiPHI as their Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In 2009, they became the CEO of Key Ovation, the leading manufacturer of ergonomic keyboards and computer accessories. As CEO, they have helped to prevent and reduce workplace injuries, increase productivity, lower absenteeism, and reduce medical claims.

Mark Norwalk's education history includes attending the University of Wisconsin-Baraboo from 1986 to 1988, Berklee College of Music from 1985 to 1986, and University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 1988 to 1989, where they studied Finance.
