Previous experience includes Site Manager for Vestas, overseeing multiple wind farms and solar installations in West Coast Australia, and Business Development Manager at SMEC Power & Technology. Dan held the position of Service & Installation Manager at Invinity Energy Systems plc, where management of a global engineering team for flow battery installations was a key responsibility. A decade-long role as Area Manager at ENERCON involved day-to-day management of electrical teams and quality assurance, with Dan beginning a career as a dual trade qualified Technician in electrical and mechanical fields. Prior military experience includes service in the Royal Navy as Leading Air Engineering Technician Avionics, working on several aircraft. Educational background includes studies at York Technical College, the Institute of Leadership & Management, and City & Guilds.
