Jeff Cheong

Jeff Cheong is an experienced professional in the renewable energy sector, currently serving as the Business Development Director at Goldwind Australia since October 2016, where responsibilities include expanding market opportunities in the Asia Pacific region. Previously, Cheong held the position of Sales Director at Alstom Wind, overseeing sales and business development in wind power for Asia Pacific and Oceania from May 2010 to September 2016. Cheong's earlier roles include Head of Business Development and Head of Sales at Vestas Australian Wind Technology, with a focus on various international markets and regions, as well as Vice President of Business Development at Global Renewable Energy Partners, developing wind farm projects across multiple countries. Cheong holds an MBA in Finance from CQUniversity and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Portsmouth, along with additional education at Boise State University.
