Lise Terp is an experienced leadership advisor and conflict management specialist with a career spanning over 15 years. At Lise Terp, since 2007, Lise Terp has focused on conflict resolution, leadership coaching, stress management, and energy-boosting techniques. Lise Terp serves as an instructor at GoLearn.dk, teaching a self-developed course in conflict management for leaders. Additionally, Lise Terp works as a freelance stress specialist for Demant and previously provided consulting services to Ballerup Kommune. Lise Terp has been involved in various educational roles, including accredited teaching of profiling tools at People Test Systems A/S and coaching leaders at Region Sjælland. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Engineering from DTU and certifications in stress coaching and international coaching.
