Andrew Fuller

Andrew Fuller is a California Licensed Civil Engineer with a strong background in general civil engineering. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at the City of Goleta since August 2023, Andrew has previously held positions such as Senior Civil Engineer at Ashley & Vance Engineering, Inc. from July 2020 to June 2023 and Project Civil Engineer at Stantec from October 2014 to July 2020.
