Chuck Flacks

Chuck Flacks is an experienced professional in homelessness services and program management, currently serving as the Homelessness Services Coordinator for the City of Goleta since December 2022. Over the years, Chuck has held various significant roles, including Manager of Performance Analysis and Reporting at the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, Founder and Principal of Flacks Seed Consulting, and Director of Programs at People Assisting The Homeless (PATH). With a strong background in collaborative outreach, budget management, and program development, Chuck has led initiatives impacting over 100 chronically homeless individuals, directed multi-city programs in Santa Barbara County, and managed significant budgets in healthcare and workforce development. Educational qualifications include a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from San Diego State University, among others.
