Matt Fore is the General Services Director for the City of Goleta and has served as the Environmental Services Manager for the City of Santa Barbara since 2011, where they develop and manage solid waste and recycling programs. Previously, they held positions as a Supervising Environmental Health Specialist at the Monterey County Health Department and as a Senior Assistant to the City Administrator in Santa Barbara. Matt earned a B.A. in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara and a Master’s in Public Administration from San José State University. Their extensive experience in environmental services reflects a commitment to sustainability and community health.
