Haley Ruben

Haley Ruben has a varied work experience, beginning in 2007 when they were a Trainer (Attractions and Guest Service) and College Program Alumna at Disneyland Resort. In 2011, they worked as a STEAM Lab Facilitator at Los Angeles Unified School District. From 2013 to 2016, they were an Online Instructor and Instructor at the National Society for the Gifted & Talented. During this same time period, they were also a Data Science Consultant as a Contractor. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Data Scientist at Avascent, a Product Analytics Manager and Lead at Curiosity Media, and a Consultant/Data Scientist at Excella. Currently, they are a Data Science Manager at GOLF+ and a Data Science Manager, Engagement at Calm.

Haley Ruben's education history includes a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from the University of California, Los Angeles in Secondary Science from 2010 to 2011, a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in Communication Studies from 2004 to 2008, a Data Science Immersive program from General Assembly in 2016, a Computer Science program from Santa Monica College from 2013 to 2015, and a Computer Science program from Long Beach City College since 2015. Additionally, Haley Ruben has obtained certifications such as Gifted and Talented Education Certification from Los Angeles Unified School District in 2014, Next Generation Science Standards Colloquium from California State University, Long Beach in 2014, Advanced Facilitator Development Certification from Creative Learning Systems in 2012, English Learner Authorization from UCLA in 2011, and a Clear Single Subject Teaching Credential - Secondary Science from the CA Commission on Teacher Credentialing in 2014.
