Matt Sich has a wealth of experience in engineering and development. Matt began their career in 2008 as a freelance web developer and designer, as well as an iOS developer and UI designer. In 2012, they became an intern at Three Pillar Global, and later that year, a contractor for Petros Media. In 2014, they took on the role of Software Engineer at RoyalRep. In 2015, they joined 3Pillar Global as a Software Engineer II, where they worked in a small, technology agnostic team using the MEAN stack, Ember.js, and Node. In 2017, they became a Mobile Software Engineer and Senior Mobile Software Engineer at Curiosity Media. In 2018, they joined Carbon Relay as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2019, they became the CTO of Cardlet, where they designed and developed the entire service alone. Most recently, in 2020, they joined GOLF+ as the Director of Engineering, Technical Lead, and Senior Engineer.
Matt Sich received their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Franciscan University of Steubenville in 2015. In 2016, they obtained an AWS Technical Professional certification from Amazon Web Services. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Code School in Building Blocks of Express.js, Real Time Web with Node.js, and Warming Up With Ember.js.
