Michael Bateman

Michael Bateman, CPP, possesses over two decades of extensive experience in global payroll strategy, compliance, and transformation. Michael has held leadership positions in various organizations, including ISEC, Inc. as Payroll Manager/Director, InnovAge as Payroll Manager, and Vail Resorts as Payroll Manager, where responsibilities included directing payroll operations for tens of thousands of employees and managing annual payrolls exceeding $700 million. In addition, Michael has successfully guided complex payroll system implementations for major platforms such as Workday, UKG, JD Edwards, and PeopleSoft, demonstrating a strong record in enhancing operational efficiency and regulatory compliance across diverse workforce environments. Currently, Michael serves as Director of Payroll at GOLFTEC, overseeing enterprise payroll strategy and global operations.
