Eden Covington has extensive experience in customer experience and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience and Director of Customer Service at GOLO, LLC since January 2016. In this role, Eden oversees the Customer Service Department, manages the company's social media presence, and assists with website and literature development. Prior to this position, Eden held the title of VP Marketing at The Truce Initiative from November 2014 to April 2015.
