Patrick Leduc

Patrick Leduc is a Data Visualization Specialist at Goloot, where major accomplishments include building, implementing, and maintaining machine learning models for forecasting conversions using Python libraries such as SKLearn, XGBoost, and Pandas. Previously, Patrick served as a PhD Researcher at the University of Toronto, focusing on dataset creation, organization, and statistical analysis using Stata, Tableau, and Python. Additionally, Patrick taught a course on the Introduction to the Sociology of Genocides and engaged in comprehensive data collection and modeling processes. Patrick holds a PhD in Sociology from the University of Toronto, an MA in Sociology from the same institution, and a BA in Sociology from McGill University, complemented by a Data Science Bootcamp at Concordia University. Patrick’s expertise lies in Political Sociology and Social Theory.
