Anna Crystal has a diverse work experience including roles in customer success, consulting, and executive support. Anna currently serves as the VP of Implementation - Customer Success at Olo. Prior to this, they held positions such as Senior Director, Director, and Associate Director of Customer Success at Olo. Anna also worked as a Senior Technical Specialist and Account Specialist at the company. Before joining Olo, Anna worked as a Consultant at PwC for a brief period. Prior to that, they served as the Chief of Staff to the CEO at Celmatix and Coatue Management. Anna also worked as a Research Coordinator at Coatue Management. Anna's earlier experience includes serving as an Integrated Ad Sales Coordinator at The Wall Street Journal and a Sales Associate at Murray's Cheese.

Anna Crystal attended Columbia University from 2019 to present, where they are pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Art History and French at Wesleyan University. Anna'shigh school education was obtained at The Rivers School. In addition to their academic achievements, Anna has obtained certifications in Ascend's Leadership Program from Ascend in March 2021 and Human-Centered Design from PwC in August 2020.
