Derik Hammer

Derik Hammer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management, data infrastructure, and database administration. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Olo since September 2020, Derik has held multiple key positions focused on enhancing product reliability and leading data modernization efforts. Prior to Olo, Derik was a Senior Data Manager at Subway, overseeing the development of an Enterprise Data Warehouse and managing a team of database administrators. Additionally, Derik has entrepreneurial experience as the Owner and Property Manager at Hammer Real Estate Investments, acquired technical proficiency through various roles in organizations such as Liberty Tax Service and US Navy, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems specializing in Database Management from DeVry University.
