Jaime Petenko is a Privacy & Cyber Counsel with extensive expertise in global privacy, data protection, and information security. Currently serving as VP, Deputy General Counsel, Privacy at Olo, Jaime has previously held leadership positions, including Senior Director of Global Privacy at Diebold Nixdorf, where they enhanced the global privacy program. Jaime's career spans roles at several Am Law 100 firms and in academia, including a fellowship at Georgetown's Institute for Technology Law & Policy. They hold a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Notre Dame and Louisiana State University, respectively, along with a Doctor of Law and an LL.M. in Technology Law from LSU Law and Georgetown Law Center.
