Katherine Mitchell

Katherine Mitchell is an engineering leader and a committed advocate for diversity in technology. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Olo, Katherine has held various technical and leadership roles, including Director of Technology at Level Studios and Associate Technical Director at Leo Burnett. As a Women Techmakers Ambassador, Katherine passionately volunteers as a speaker and event leader for the Silicon Valley chapter of Women Who Code, mentoring new graduates and junior engineers. Katherine holds a Bachelor’s Degree from James Madison University and has a track record of cultivating performance-driven teams and aligning technical capabilities with business needs.
