Michael Minicilli

Michael Minicilli serves as the Associate General Counsel for Corporate & Securities at Olo since June 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Guild Mortgage from October 2016 to June 2022, including Senior Corporate Counsel, Securities, Senior Corporate Counsel, Corporate Counsel, and Staff Attorney. Earlier experience includes serving as a Staff Attorney at Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP for a brief period in 2016, and as an Associate at Meyers Fozi & Dwork from February 2015 to August 2016. Michael has also worked as Corporate Counsel at Streamlined Payments and as Associate Counsel at Payment Systems Corp. Other roles include Corporate Counsel Clerk at Sony Electronics and Law Clerk at Cadena Churchill LLP. Michael holds a Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law (2009 - 2012) and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a Minor in Italian from the University of San Diego (2003 - 2007).
