Rob Morvillo

Rob Morvillo serves as the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Olo since July 2022, where responsibilities include managing legal issues and advising the C-Suite and Board of Directors on risk management. Prior to this role, Morvillo held various positions at Diebold Nixdorf from June 2015 to July 2022, including Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Vice President, Legal Operations, Ethics & Compliance, Americas, focusing on cybersecurity, data privacy, and legal operations. Earlier experience includes serving as Global Ethics & Compliance Counsel and an Associate at Morvillo LLP, where legal expertise was applied in white collar criminal investigations and commercial litigation. Morvillo's legal career began with a clerkship for the Honorable Richard M. Berman in the Southern District of New York. Education includes a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Miami University.
