Shad Foos

Shad Foos has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Shad recently worked at Olo as the EVP of Marketing starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they held the role of SVP Client Experience at Barkley from February 2021 to February 2023.

From 2014 to 2020, Foos worked at SMG - Service Management Group, where they held various positions such as Chief Experience Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Vice President of Marketing.

Before joining SMG, Foos worked at C3 Creative Consumer Concepts as the Vice President of Account Management and Business Strategy from 2011 to 2014.

Shad also has previous experience at Barkley, where they were the Vice President, Account Director from 2010 to 2011, and at Blacktop Creative from 2007 to 2009.

Foos started their career at Barkley in 1998 and held multiple roles including Vice President of Creative Services and Account Director. Prior to that, they worked at DCI Group as the Vice President of Client Services and as an Account Manager from 1994 to 1998.

Shad began their career at Marketing.Comm as an Account Executive in 1992 and at Lida Advertising as an Assistant Account Executive, Production Manager, and Account Service Intern from 1990 to 1992.

Shad Foos attended Wichita State University from 1986 to 1990, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism.
