Ben Baxter

Ben Baxter is an accomplished professional with a background in business development and financial services. Currently serving as an Enterprise Business Development Representative at Motive since August 2025, Ben previously worked as an Associate Recruiting Specialist at First Command Financial Services, Inc., where the focus was on coaching individuals in achieving financial security. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Event Coordinator at Maysara Winery and leadership positions within Theta Chi Fraternity, including President and Vice President of Health and Safety.
