Kate Bugusky

Kate Bugusky is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in benefits management and human resources. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Benefits at Motive since August 2022, Kate previously held the position of Senior Benefits Analyst in the same company. Prior to joining Motive, Kate worked as a Benefits Analyst at Fuze, and as a Supervisor of HR Shared Services, followed by an HR Generalist role at Endurance International Group (now Newfold Digital). Additional experience includes HR Specialist at Personify Corp, Training Specialist at Christie Clinic, and UCA Staff Instructor at Varsity Spirit. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Illinois State University, completed in 2010.
