Nihar Gupta is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. At Motive, Nihar currently serves as a Product Leader. Previously, Nihar held significant positions at Rackspace, including Senior Director of Product & General Manager, Director of Product, and Chief-of-Staff, along with a role as Director of Product / Head of Strategic Initiatives at ObjectRocket, a Rackspace company. Nihar's early career includes a managerial position at Deloitte Consulting. Nihar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and has further education from Texas McCombs School of Business.
