Shu leads the legal and compliance functions at KeepTruckin. Prior to KeepTruckin, she was SVP, General Counsel at Imperva, a leading cybersecurity software and SaaS company that was acquired by Thoma Bravo for $2.1B in 2019. Prior to Imperva, Shu was an attorney at Fenwick and West where she specialized in equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate compliance and governance. Her clients included Imperva, Shutterfly, Chegg, Concur, Responsys and Successfactors. Shu earned her J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law and a B.A. from New York University.
