Simon San is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Tax & Treasury at Motive since July 2021, Simon has previously held key positions at Sumo Logic and Yelp, focusing on income tax provision preparation, SEC reporting, and international tax compliance. Prior to that, Simon managed the tax department at KIXEYE, developing tax processes and procedures. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, Simon led teams on numerous compliance and tax consulting projects, gaining expertise in international tax services and mergers and acquisitions. Educational credentials include a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master's in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
