Sumit S is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and innovation. Currently serving as the Head of Product for Fleet Management at Motive since March 2024, Sumit leads the development of advanced tracking and compliance solutions while leveraging deep technology and AI for actionable insights. Prior to this, Sumit co-founded and held the position of CEO at Superwin.ai, where focus was on AI-powered work products, including an AI bot for task management within Slack. Additional roles include Expert Advisor at Bain & Company, where contributions were made in advisory capacities and as Sr. Director of the Bain Innovation Exchange, involved in creating a venture builder consulting offering. Sumit has also served as an External Consultant for Druva, helping establish a new product incubator, and as Chief Product Officer at Comtravo, where an AI-based travel booking tool was developed. Sumit holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
