Jan Persson

Jan Persson is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the aerospace and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at GomSpace since November 2022, Jan has led projects such as Juventas and CubeMap. Prior to this role, a significant tenure at Beyond Gravity from August 1981 to December 2022 involved managing various high-profile projects, including the Integrated Avionics Box Subsystem for the Sample Fetch Rover and multiple generations of onboard computers for the Ariane launch vehicles. Jan's career began in design and project control roles at Saab Scania and associated companies. Academic credentials include studies in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and a diploma from Älvkullegymnasiet in Karlstad.
